Finally

My metabolism is working better. After two hours of working out at gym, I can feel I'm sweating though still not enough I guess. I've been drinking 2L of water everyday. Try to keep my feet warm. (I used to be barefoot all the time even during in winter)
Tomorrow is my doing nothing day. Feels like I haven't had it for long time.
